Deputies of the Pierce County Sheriff's Department in Pierce County, WA, respond to a suicide threat and end up subduing the suspect after he refuses to follow the officers' commands. During a routine traffic stop, a vehicle's passengers admit to possessing marijuana and are taken into custody by the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department in Illinois.
