AN ARMY CHAPLAIN QUESTIONS HER FAITH, ON ABC'S "COMBAT HOSPITAL"
"Reason to Believe" - A troubled Army chaplain must deal with her lapses of faith when Colonel Marks orders her to hold vigil with Simon during a difficult surgery. Will she find the spiritual strength she needs? "Combat Hospital" airs TUESDAY, AUGUST 23 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
"Combat Hospital" stars Elias Koteas as Colonel Marks, Michelle Borth as Canadian surgeon Dr. Rebecca Gordon, Luke Mably as neurosurgeon Dr. Simon Hill, Deborah Kara Unger as Australian Army psychiatrist Major Grace Pedersen, MD, Terry Chen as trauma team leader Captain Bobby Trang and Arnold Pinnock as Commander Will Royal, Chief of Nursing.
Guest starring are Mpho Koaho as Sergeant Geoffrey Daums, Camille Sullivan as Chaplain Marjorie Plottel, Dalal Badr as Leila, Paul Amos as Edward and Rob Stewart as Major Kenneth Winacott.
"Reason to Believe" is directed Helen Shaver and written by Lara Azzopardi and Will Pasco, with the story by Jinder Oujla-Chalmers.
"Combat Hospital" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
