One in every four voters in that part of Florida is registered as an independent - they have no real allegiance to either Republicans or Democrats. While GOP candidates fight for victory in the primary, Kate talks to residents about the issues that will determine the outcome of the REAL election in November. It's the economy, as always; the ongoing crisis in home values and foreclosures. But she also finds a pervasive sense among citizens - no matter who they intend to vote for - that the system in Washington is "broken."
