THE GANG FALLS IN LOVE WITH GRANT, BUT MAX STARTS TO WORRY -- IS HE TOO PERFECT? -- ON ABC'S "HAPPY ENDINGS"

"Everybody Loves Grant" - When the whole gang, with the exception of Dave, falls in love with Grant (guest star James Wolk), Max wonders if he really is good enough to date the "perfect" guy. Meanwhile, Dave sets out to prove he's way cooler than Max's new boyfriend, on "Happy Endings," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15 (9:31-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Happy Endings" stars Eliza Coupe as Jane, Elisha Cuthbert as Alex, Zachary Knighton as Dave, Adam Pally as Max, Damon Wayans, Jr. as Brad and Casey Wilson as Penny.

"Everybody Loves Grant" guest stars James Wolk as Grant, Bunny Levine as Enid, Chasty Ballestreros as the hot girl and David Rogers as Sean.

"Everybody Loves Grant" was written by Leila Strachan and directed by Kyle Newacheck.

""Happy Endings" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
