THE SWITCHED BABY TRIAL BEGINS ON A NEW EPISODE OF "SWITCHED AT BIRTH," AIRING MONDAY, OCTOBER 15th AT 8:00 ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

Burbank, CA (September 24, 2012) - The switched baby trial begins on an all new episode of "Switched at Birth," airing Monday, October 15th at 8:00PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

In "The Trial," the lawsuit against the hospital comes to a head as Angelo (guest star Gilles Marini, "Dancing with the Stars: All Stars") returns in time for the beginning of the trial.

Meanwhile, Bay scrambles to return the money she "borrowed" from John to help Zarra (guest star Tania Raymonde, "Lost"). Daphne and Jeff (guest star Justin Bruening, "All My Children") struggle in their relationship; and Emmett, Nikki (guest star Cassi Thomson, "Big Love") and Toby form a new band.
