The two major presidential candidates - Democratic incumbent Barack Obama and Republican contender Mitt Romney - will meet at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, for the second of three presidential election debates. In a town meeting format, the topics of discussion include foreign and domestic policy, and the evening will be moderated by Candy Crowley, Chief Political Correspondent for CNN.
