Officers from the Portland Police Bureau must assist an older man after he crashes his car into a sign, takes off on foot and collapses after complaining of heart problems. Then, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department attempts to stop a van after it makes multiple traffic violations, and the officers discover possible stolen items and crystal meth in the suspect's pocket.
