Admittedly fearful of heights, Helms comes face to face with sheer cliffs, crumbling rock and mountain-top perches where the bottom is nowhere in sight. As Bear puts him through the paces with a cringe-worthy dinner menu, Helms manages to conquer his limitations and discover a new side of himself.
