Burbank, CA (July 22, 2015) - When CEO Blair Brandt reveals he's looking to fill a coveted Managing Broker position, a battle between The Next Step's ambitious young realtors breaks out on the series premiere of ABC Family's hot new reality series "Next Step Realty: NYC," airing Tuesday, August 11th, 9:01-10:01 p.m. ET/PT.

In the premiere episode, titled "Checks and Balances," agents Matt and Bri fight to expand their roles at The Next Step Realty when management re-shuffles the office hierarchy. The rest of the team speculates whether Blair's new relationship status may be affecting his better judgment.
