AWARD-WINNING "WHAT WOULD YOU DO?"
AIRS FRIDAY, AUGUST 7 AT 9:00 P.M. ET ON ABC
When People See a Situation that Cries Out for Action,
Do They Step Up and Say Something or Step Away?
When you think no one is watching... what would you do? Whether people are compelled to act or mind their own business, John Quiones reports on their split-second and often surprising decision-making process. "What Would You Do?" airs FRIDAY, AUGUST 7 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.
Friday, August 7 scenarios include:
· How will diners react when observing a mother drinking heavily while also breastfeeding her baby?
· A wacky wine expert is conducting a tasting and offering customers some pretty strange ways of sampling the wine, including lapping it up like a dog. How will the customers react?
· What would you do if you saw a young girl, bored with her coloring book, start drawing on a café's expensive artwork? OAD: 7/25/14
· A criminal with a credit card skimmer is at a bar. As soon as a nearby customer and bartender look away, the criminal springs into action - swiping the credit card, stealing personal credit information, through the handheld device. Will anyone say anything when they see what's going on? OAD: 6/27/14
"What Would You Do?" has won awards from the Chicago International Television Festival and the Avon Foundation's 2006 Voice of Change award for exposing "injustice and wrongdoing against women and bringing the issue of domestic violence to the mainstream."
Danielle Rossen is executive producer of "What Would You Do?"
