In the episode titled "Reality Check," Blair addresses growing pains with the agency's new managing broker, which leads to a showdown among the staff. Victoria aims to find the perfect NYC apartment to impress an international client. Margit's commission depends on feuding sisters making amends. Meanwhile her cryptic Instagram post, #ournextstep, raises suspicions in the office.
