Burbank, CA (August 19, 2015) - Next Step ushers in summer with a blow-out party and big-spending clients on an all-new episode of "Next Step Realty: NYC," airing Tuesday, September 8th, 9:01-10:01 p.m. ET/PT, on ABC Family.

In the episode titled "Field Trip," a game-changing bombshell brings the claws out during Next Step's busiest rental season. Erin is tasked with matching a potential client, a personal friend of Blair's, with the right broker. But when they don't click, everyone may be in hot water. Meanwhile, in the Hamptons, Field wines and dines a big-spending client with private helicopters and personal beaches. And Blair and Margit's relationship takes an unexpected turn.

From Lincoln Square Productions comes "Next Step Realty: NYC," a business-based docu-series following the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty, a Manhattan-based real-estate firm specializing in helping recent college graduates find their apartments in New York City. While the Next Step staff navigates the challenges of a lucrative and cut-throat real-estate market, interpersonal and professional conflicts erupt behind the scenes. Danielle Rossen ("What Would You Do?") and Michael Driscoll ("The Bachelorette") serve as executive producers.
