Burbank, CA (August 20, 2015) - Tim's latest assignment teaches an interesting lesson about failure on an all-new episode of "Startup U," airing on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015 at 10:01PM ET/PT on ABC Family.
In "Chain Reaction," it's Creativity Week and the students head into San Francisco to get the necessary items to build a chain-reaction machine. Malcolm and David express doubts about what this assignment has to do with developing their business, while Sharon and Tony's leadership skills don't go over well with their teammates. Charlie informs everyone that three of them need a little extra guidance with their projects and will participate in the session's first Pivot meeting. Those selected must be ready to have a candid conversation with Jane Buckingham (Founder and President of Trendera) about their proposals and defend their ideas. Sequoia challenges Erin to find a solution to her business problems, while Keyonna admits she's a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Meanwhile, John takes Tim's advice to heart.
"Startup U" is produced by Ugly Brother Studios, a Sky Vision partner. Mike Duffy, Tim Duffy, Tim Draper, Perry Dance and Ted Iredell serve as executive producers.
