COMPETITION AMONG THE NEXT STEP BROKERS REACHES AN ALL-TIME HIGH WHEN SOMEONE CROSSES THE LINE ON A NEW EPISODE OF "NEXT STEP REALTY: NYC," AIRING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH AT 9:00 P.M. ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY
Burbank, CA (August 26, 2015) - Tempers flare when a Next Step broker poaches a high-end client from a colleague on an all-new episode of "Next Step Realty: NYC," airing Tuesday, September 15th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
In the episode titled "All's Fair In Love and Real Estate," Victoria is furious to find out one of her V.I.P. clients was stolen by another Next Step broker looking to pocket more than the commission. Meanwhile, Margit is tasked with finding the perfect apartment for her toughest client, Blair. When Bri meets a client who's blindsided by the cost of renting in the city, she's forced to confront Erin and Michaela about their unfair screening processes.
From Lincoln Square Productions comes "Next Step Realty: NYC," a business-based docu-series following the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty, a Manhattan-based real-estate firm specializing in helping recent college graduates find their apartments in New York City. While the Next Step staff navigates the challenges of a lucrative and cut-throat real-estate market, interpersonal and professional conflicts erupt behind the scenes. Danielle Rossen ("What Would You Do?") and Michael Driscoll ("The Bachelorette") serve as executive producers.
