ON AN ALL NEW EPISODE OF ABC FAMILY'S REALITY SERIES

Burbank, CA (September 8, 2015) - After endless mistakes in each interview, Kristina has a mini breakdown that could cost her a chance at any job offers, on an new episode of ABC Family's new reality series "Job or No Job," airing Thursday, September 10 at 3:00 PM ET/PT.
"Job or No Job" follows one young adult per episode on his/her journey to land a first job in their chosen career. Each candidate will go on three interviews and viewers will follow along to find out if s/he lands three, two, one - or zero offers. Jane Buckingham (Founder and CEO of Trendera and bestselling author of The Modern Girls Guide to Life) will be the Career & Lifestyle expert (a.k.a. The "Fairy Jobmother"), dispensing advice on how to learn from their mistakes, where to shop and eat, how to get around town, where to find housing, and the realities of entering the job market.
Kristina Sison, an intern and junior designer, leaves her friends and family behind in Mar Vista, CA to head to New York City to interview with three successful interior design firms. In her first interview with Christina Tonkin, Owner of Christina Tonkin Interiors, Kristina is so nervous, she keeps making mistakes in her design challenge.
Later, when she interviews with Adam Mundy, International Design Director of M Moser Associates, Kristina comes off na�ve and totally unprepared, confusing the famous Whitney Museum of American Art for a Whitney Houston museum.
Finally, she meets with Jeffrey Bilhuber, Owner of Bilhuber & Associates (and author of the upcoming book Jeffrey Bilhuber: American Master). Jeffrey tests Kristina to see how well she can multitask under pressure.
Jane sees the real potential in Kristina and wants to help groom her for her big break. But will Kristina's poor performances during interviews ruin her chances at getting a job?
