MATT SCRAMBLES TO MANAGE THE EXPECTATIONS OF BOTH CLIENTS AND FELLOW BROKERS ON A NEW EPISODE OF "NEXT STEP REALTY: NYC," AIRING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST AT 4:00 P.M. ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY
Burbank, CA (September 28, 2015) - When performance expectations are not met, tensions rise, leaving some brokers questioning their future with the company on an all-new episode of "Next Step Realty: NYC," airing this Thursday, October 1st at 4:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
In the episode titled "Fondue or Die," some members of the Next Step team feel like they have no voice when it comes to management. This dissatisfaction has one broker looking for a new place to call home. Meanwhile, Matt's client only has one day in the city to find an apartment, and he'll stop at nothing to close the deal before her train leaves the station.
From Lincoln Square Productions comes "Next Step Realty: NYC," a business-based docu-series following the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty, a Manhattan-based real-estate firm specializing in helping recent college graduates find their apartments in New York City. While the Next Step staff navigates the challenges of a lucrative and cut-throat real-estate market, interpersonal and professional conflicts erupt behind the scenes. Danielle Rossen ("What Would You Do?") and Michael Driscoll ("The Bachelorette") serve as executive producers.
