Hosted by three-time Grammy Award-winning artist Darius Rucker, the one-hour music celebration will count down country music's Top 10 defining and most talked-about moments of the year, and feature in-depth interviews with the genre's biggest headline makers. In addition, the special will feature concert performances by country music superstars Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean and Little Big Town.
