ABC CELEBRATES THE MILESTONE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF "TOY STORY" - THE FILM THAT STARTED THE COMPUTER ANIMATION REVOLUTION -

"TOY STORY AT 20: TO INFINITY AND BEYOND," DECEMBER 10
Special Will Air Along with a Showing of "Toy Story" on ABC
ABC will air a tribute to the Pixar Animation Studios film that ushered in a new era of computer animation, in the original special, "Toy Story At 20: To Infinity and Beyond," THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10 (8:00-9:00 p.m., EST). The special will feature interviews with key creative leads and voice talent involved with the creation of this milestone film, including Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts, John Ratzenberger, R. Lee Ermey, Randy Newman, Joss Whedon, John Lasseter and Ed Catmull.
The special, which will air along with a showing of "Toy Story" that same evening, takes a look at how Pixar went from making computer animated short films to eventually creating the world's first computer animated feature, "Toy Story." Producers, animators, technical artists, designers and some of the film's voice talent will discuss making the film and the impact it has had over the years, spawning two sequels, with a new installment, "Toy Story 4," on the way.
"Toy Story At 20: To Infinity and Beyond" was executive produced and directed by Brad Lachman of Brad Lachman Productions in conjunction with Pixar Animation Studios.
