A TRIP TO THE DESERT HAS GABI SEEING MIRAGES, BUT THERE'S NO OASIS IN SIGHT ON THE SEASON PREMIERE OF "YOUNG & HUNGRY" AIRING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD AT 8:00PM ET/PT ON FREEFORM (THE NEW NAME FOR ABC FAMILY)

Burbank, CA (December 21, 2015) - Gabi's mind plays tricks on her, causing her to second guess her latest adventure on the season premiere of "Young & Hungry," airing on Wednesday, February 3 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Freeform, the new name for ABC Family. ABC Family is becoming Freeform on January 12, 2016.

In "Young & The Next Day," Gabi heads to the desert on what should be the greatest road trip ever, but she can't seem to leave her mixed feelings behind. When she hits a bump in the road, Gabi must do what she does best in order to save the trip. Back in the city, Elliot and Alan cut their honeymoon short, forcing Yolanda to step in as marital counselor in hopes of ending the newlyweds' lovers' quarrel. Meanwhile, Josh's chances at love may have just literally passed him by.

Launch to date, "Young & Hungry" is ABC Family's #1 comedy of all time in Becomers 12-34 and Women 18-34 and wins its cable time period across the key target demographics. The series and cast have been nominated for five Teen Choice Awards since its premiere in the summer of 2014.
