"Jessica Place" - Jessica is obsessed with the primetime soap "Melrose Place" and is beside herself when the season comes to an end. So to fulfill her need for drama, Jessica and Honey do some snooping and discover a juicy secret about Deidre. Meanwhile, Louis and Eddie help Emery find a way to channel negative emotions, on ABC's "Fresh Off the Boat," airing on TUESDAY, APRIL 5 (8:00-8:30 p.m. EDT).
Inspired by a true story, "Fresh Off the Boat" stars Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Hudson Yang as Eddie, Forrest Wheeler as Emery, Ian Chen as Evan and Chelsey Crisp as Honey.
Guest starring are Ray Wise as Marvin, Rachel Cannon as Deidre, Stacey Scowley as Carol Joan, Kimberly Crandall as Lisa, Colleen Ryan as Amanda and also Courtney Thorne-Smith ("Melrose Place").
"Jessica Place" was written by Abbey Caldwell and directed by Sean Kavanagh.
"Fresh Off the Boat" was written by Nahnatchka Khan, who also serves as executive producer. Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar are also executive producers. The series is produced by 20th Century Fox Television.
It is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
