IT'S A BATTLE OF THE AGES AS THE 40-SOMETHINGS TAKE ON THE 20-SOMETHINGS ON THE ALL-NEW SEASON 21 PREMIERE OF "HELL'S KITCHEN" THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, ON FOX

For the first time ever on HELL'S KITCHEN, the well-seasoned 40-somethings (blue team), will battle the fresh up-and-coming 20-somethings (red team) in a Battle of the Ages competition. The chefs are challenged to cook their signature dish where Chef Ramsay will rate each dish on a scale of 1 to 5. The team with the most amount of points will win the challenge in the all-new "Let the Battle Begin" season premiere episode of HELL'S KITCHEN airing Thursday, Sept. 29 (8:00-9:02 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
