LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- With its upfront presentation just days away, the WB has gone ahead and handed out renewals to its Friday comedies "Reba," "What I Like About You" and "Grounded for Life."

Both "Grounded" and "Reba" were widely considered locks to return, while "What I Like About You's" future was somewhat less assured. "Reba" currently ranks as the Frog's most-watched comedy, averaging 3.97 million viewers per week. "Grounded" and "What I Like About You" each average 2.81 million and 2.57 million respectively.

The news leaves "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" (2.73 million viewers on average), "Steve Harvey's Big Time" (3.26 million), "Run of the House" (1.94 million), "All About the Andersons" (2.67 million), "Like Family" (2.61 million) and "The Help" (2.49 million) as the only WB series will their fates still up in the air.

"Reba" was created by Allison M. Gibson ("Home Improvement," "Boy Meets World"). Kevin Abbott ("Roseanne") serves as executive producer with Mindy Schultheis and Michael Hanel ("Titus") and Matthew Berry for 20th Century Fox Television.

Wil Calhoun ("Friends"), Caryn Lucas ("The Nanny") and Dan Schneider ("The Amanda Show") serve as executive producers of "What I Like About You," along with Mike Tollin, Brian Robbins, and Joe Davola for Tollin/Robbins Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Created by executive producers Bill Martin and Mike Schiff ("3rd Rock from the Sun"), "Grounded For Life" is produced by Tujunga Productions, LLC in association with Carsey-Werner-Mandabach, LLC. Marcy Carsey, Tom Werner and Caryn Mandabach also serve as executive producers.

Meanwhile in other Frog news, the network is said to be close to giving series orders to its comedy pilots "Shacking Up" and "Miles to Go." The duo would join fellow freshman comedy "Blue Collar TV" (pictured), which already has an eight-episode order, as well as recent drama pick-ups "Jack & Bobby" and "The Mountain."
