TWO NEW DESIGNERS JOIN FORCES ON THE HIT ABC REALITY SERIES,
"EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION"
Ed Sanders and Eduardo Xol have been added to the design team of the ABC Television Network's hit reality series, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." In upcoming episodes, they will add their creative magic by radically changing deserving families' homes in just seven days - including every single room, plus the exterior and landscaping.
Hailing from the UK, Ed Sanders will lend his carpentry expertise to the homes of the featured families, while Eduardo Xol (pronounced "sole") will bring his landscape and architectural designs to the various projects.
The popular award-winning series is enjoying unprecedented success in its second season. Currently one of television's most-watched shows, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" has earned, in addition to a 2004 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Reality Program, a People's Choice Award nomination for Favorite Reality Show/Makeover, and recently received the award for Best Alternative/Reality Series from the Family Television Awards.
Eduardo and Ed will join design team leader and carpenter Ty Pennington, Paul DiMeo (carpentry/nuts & bolts), Paige Hemmis (carpentry/creativity), Tracy Hutson (shopping/style), Michael Moloney (interiors/glamour), Constance Ramos (building/planning) and Preston Sharp (exteriors/big ideas).
"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is produced by Endemol USA, a division of Endemol Holding. David Goldberg is President of Endemol USA. The series is executive-produced by Tom Forman.
