[via press release from Bravo]

BRAVO IS THE #1 MOST AFFLUENT ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK ON BASIC CABLE IN 2004

BRAVO RANKS #2 AS THE FASTEST GROWING BASIC CABLE NETWORK AMONG KEY DEMOS, UP 31% FOR A18-49 AND UP 28% A25-54

TOTAL VIEWERS INCREASES BY 25% YEAR TO YEAR

NEW YORK -- December 30, 2004 -- Bravo finishes off the year on a high note on a number of fronts starting with it being the #1 Most Affluent Entertainment Network on Basic Cable this Year.* The network's high end mix of original series, like Blow Out, which takes place at Jonathon Antin's Beverly Hills salon, to the high stakes in Celebrity Poker Showdown, are among the many programs that have attracted a much more upscale audience to Bravo. In 2004, Bravo ranked #1 in concentration of affluent viewers across all 3 key upscale market breaks (including HH incomes of 75K+, 100K+ and 125K+). With nearly half of its A25-54 viewers having a HH income of $75K+, Bravo has increased its upscale audience by 37% over last year. The network has also increased its concentration of affluent viewers (39% in 2003 v. 42% in 2004).

Fueled by Bravo's unprecedented increase in the number of original hours of programming in 2004, Bravo ended the year as the #2 Fastest Growing Basic Cable Network** in its two key demos. Bravo demonstrated a 31% growth in viewership among A18-49 and 28% growth in viewership among A25-54 in 2004. Overall, Bravo's total viewership was up 25% for the year.***

Bravo's success in 2004 was driven by its diverse slate of new and returning original series:

The June 1, 2004 (10-11P) second season premiere of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" attracted 2.2 million total viewers, the largest audience for a series/season premiere on Bravo in 2004.

Since its premiere last December, new episodes of "Celebrity Poker Showdown" have averaged nearly a million total viewers.****

"Blow Out" (Tues 9P 6/8-7/13/04), the six-part original reality series about the opening of celebrity hair stylist Jonathan Antin's Beverly Hills hair salon, grew every week to average over a million total viewers in its finale.
