WE: Women's Entertainment Adds Four New Series to its 2005 Programming Slate

Shows Scheduled to Debut in Third and Fourth Quarter

New York, NY, May 16, 2005 - In its first formal Upfront news, WE: Women's Entertainment announced today that the network will add four new series to its growing original programming slate. The four new series include three original productions - "Kiss & Tell," "Daddy's Little (Spoiled) Girl" and "The Secret Lives of Women" - and the hit British series "Cutting It" from BBC Worldwide. Each will premiere on WE throughout third and fourth quarter 2005, and spotlight many of the important relationships women encounter throughout their lives, from family to friends and love interests. Today's announcement is part of WE's ongoing commitment to produce original programming that is fresh, contemporary, relevant and fun.

"Today's women are busy juggling work and family, and yet make it a priority to enjoy the simple pleasures in life," said Kim Martin, WE's General Manager. "When our viewers tune in we want them to know that we can relate to their lifestyles. When I joined WE in December, my team and I decided that one of our top objectives was to ramp up our original offerings; this new slate, in addition to WE's already popular shows, is proof that we are delivering on that promise to our viewers."

These new series join WE's popular line up of originals, including "McLeod's Daughters," the sexy, sprawling, and "bloody addictive" series about two sisters and a group of women running a cattle ranch and still finding time for love, drama and fun; "Bridezillas" a look at brides-to-be who go from engaged to enraged on their way to the altar; and "Full Frontal Fashion," a weekly top-ten countdown of today's hottest fashion styles and trends, hosted by actress Rebecca Budig.

"Cutting It" - 13 episodes
A one-hour drama from BBC Worldwide, "Cutting It" follows the lives and loves of two sisters who become rival beauty salon owners in Manchester, England. The competition heats up when the duo discover they share a passion for more than the same business. Drama, comedy, and explosive fun unravel as "Cutting It" makes its U.S. debut on WE: Women's Entertainment.

"Kiss & Tell" - 9 episodes
As many singles will agree, New York City is home to one of the most trendy, interesting, and fun dating scenes in the world. "Kiss & Tell" follows 12 single men and women as they hit the streets of the city that never sleeps on their quest for dating adventures. The dynamics of the group range from a Park Avenue Princess to a Downtown Bartender and even include a Scientist and an Heir. During each one-hour episode viewers are treated to a look at a new set of dating rules and the experiences that follow, including: nights out at the trendiest bars and restaurants; intimate talks about who's datable and who's not; which gender has the upper hand in dating; and how far men vs. women go on the first date.

"Daddy's Little (Spoiled) Girl" - 8 episodes
Rod Stewart bought his daughter breast implants... Bill Laurie, the Wal-Mart king, bought his daughter her own stadium... Levis Jeans tycoon Moshe Azoulay threw his daughter a $200,000 party for her 25th birthday...

What do all of these dads have in common? They all love their little girls and live to spoil them. In this new, one-hour original series WE looks at father/daughter duos who take "daddy's little girl" to new heights. Rich or poor, these dads indulge even the most outrageous requests, including 'faux mitzvah' parties, $200,000 Bentley's, private jets to Rome and shopping sprees in Paris.

"The Secret Lives Of Women" - 8 episodes
Each one-hour episode of "The Secret Lives of Women" will tackle a different topic - from women breaking career barriers to women dealing with addictions such as compulsive over shopping and eating disorders.
