NEW YORK, July 11, 2005 -- COMEDY CENTRAL continues to roll out the hits this fall with all-new series and returning favorites. Highlights for the fall of 2005 are listed below:

NEW SERIES/SPECIALS: "Weekends at the D.L." Premieres Friday, July 29 at 11:00 p.m.* Take a trip into the world of D.L. Hughley on any given night of the weekend and here's what you're likely to find: cool and interesting guests, funny and entertaining conversation and a hip vibe. This is exactly what Hughley hopes to bring viewers every night in his new, late-night talk show. Shot in front of a studio audience, "Weekends at the D.L." will air Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Robert Morton, Hughley, Michael Rotenberg and Dave Becky are the executive producers.

"Too Late With Adam Carolla" Premieres Monday, Aug. 8 at 11:30 p.m. / Moves to 12:00 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 17 Continuing the network's foray into late-night, Adam Carolla will provide his unique comedic take on the events of the day, with a focus on pop culture. The format will include opening comments, an interview with a single celebrity guest, live phone calls from viewers and pre-taped interviews with Carolla and real people on the street. Shot in front of a studio audience, the series will be produced by Jackhole Industries. Carolla and Daniel Kellison will serve as executive producers.

"The Showbiz Show with David Spade" Premieres Thursday, Sept. 15 at 10:30 p.m. Hosted by Spade and produced with his long-time creative partner and Emmy Award-winning writer Hugh Fink, "The Showbiz Show with David Spade" is a half-hour topical comedy series about Hollywood, celebrity and the entertainment industry and is COMEDY CENTRAL's satirical answer to such celebritainment-driven series as "Entertainment Tonight" and "Access Hollywood." The new show will have fun with all of Hollywood's self-importance, hypocrisy and mediocrity by using actual footage, clips and on-location field pieces, along with celebrity guests and comic personalities who appear as critics and correspondents.

"The Colbert Report" Premieres Monday, October 17 at 11:30 p.m. No "news" show can contain the personality, insight and overall rightness of "The Daily Show's" Stephen Colbert. That's why he now has a half-hour platform each night to give his take on the issues of the day and, more importantly, to tell you why everyone else's take is just plain wrong. What "The Daily Show" is to evening news, "The Colbert Report" is to O'Reilly/Scarborough/Hannity/AndersonCooper, et al?except Colbert's show will be intentionally funny. This is the first project developed under the network's first-look agreement with Jon Stewart's Busboy Productions, Inc. and will be produced by Busboy in association with Spartina Productions, Inc. Stewart, Ben Karlin and Colbert are the executive producers.

"Dave Attell's Insomniac Tour Featuring Sean Rouse, Greg Giraldo and Dane Cook" Premieres on Sunday, Oct. 2 at TBD COMEDY CENTRAL Films' first original stand-up concert movie featuring Dave Attell, Dane Cook and Greg Giraldo. The movie was shot in Las Vegas at the House of Blues on July 2 and 3. Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions is executive producer and director of the movie.

RETURNING SERIES: "South Park" Premiere Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 10:00 p.m. The kids are back for the second half of the ninth season. Launched in 1997, "South Park" remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are co-creators and executive producers of the Emmy-nominated "South Park," with Anne Garefino also serving as executive producer.

"Drawn Together" Premieres Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 10:30 p.m. "Drawn Together" presents a world where cartoon characters from various genres of animation are brought together to live under one roof. The characters leave their animated "reality" and enter a new world where their cartoon universes collide with a bang, combining different styles of animation and different personalities all "drawn together." This is COMEDY CENTRAL's first original animated series that is drawn traditionally and in 2-D digital ink and paint animation.

COMEDY CENTRAL, the only all-comedy network, currently is seen in more than 87 million homes nationwide. COMEDY CENTRAL is owned by Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of MTV Networks. COMEDY CENTRAL is a registered trademark of Comedy Partners. COMEDY CENTRAL's Internet address is http://www.comedycentral.com.
