Lifetime Television Celebrates Second Season Return of 'Desperate Housewives' With Weekend of Movies Featuring Series Stars Nicolette Sheridan, Teri Hatcher, Alfre Woodard, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman

NEW YORK, Sept. 12 -- Television's number one rated women's network salutes television's number one rated series when Lifetime Television celebrates the September 25 second season return of "Desperate Housewives" by honoring the stars -- Nicolette Sheridan, Teri Hatcher, Alfre Woodard, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman -- with a showcase of their most popular movies.

The 10-movie tribute airs Saturday, September 17 from 1-11PM (ET/PT) and Sunday, September 18 from 10:30AM-9PM (ET/PT).

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17:

* "Extremities" airing 1PM-3:00PM

An intended victim manages to escape from her attacker but leaves her purse behind. Her worst fears are realized when her attacker visits her at home, but a twist of fate allows her to resist the attack. Starring Alfre Woodard, Farrah Fawcett, Sandy Martin, James Russo and Diana Scarwid.

* "The Devil's Bed" airing 3:00PM-5:00PM

A young woman returns to town and gets involved with two brothers. Starring Nicolette Sheridan, Joe Lando, Piper Laurie, Adrian Pasdar, Richard Roundtree and Brandon Smith.

* "Last Man on the List" airing 5:00PM-7:00PM

Dr. Carter Elson finds a suspicious list of men's names among his wife's possessions. When Carter discovers his own name at the bottom of the list, he tries to figure out what the list means before his name reaches the top. Starring Nicolette Sheridan, John Ritter and Amy Yasbeck.

* "Snap Decision" airing 7:00PM-9:00PM

Inspired by the true story of a woman and her best friend, who are wrongfully accused of child pornography after innocent photographs of the woman's two children are developed at a neighborhood photo lab that reports them to the police. Starring Felicity Huffman, Chelcie Ross and Mare Winningham.

* "Living in Fear" airing 9PM-11PM

Following the death of his estranged father, Chuck Hausman returns to his hometown with his wife Rebecca to attend the reading of the will. When Rebecca discovers Chuck left town twenty years ago after the death of his first wife, she begins to wonder what happened. Starring Marcia Cross, Katherine Helmond, William R. Moses, Daniel Quinn and Michele Scarabelli.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18:

* "Miss Evers' Boys" airing 10:30AM-1PM

Best Actress Emmy Award for Alfre Woodard. Based on a true story and several books. A nurse in the U.S. Government's infamous Tuskegee Study of Untreated Black Men with Syphilis. She watches as the government studies hundreds of black men with syphilis and denies them penicillin, even when it is a widely recognized treatment. Starring Alfre Woodard, Ossie Davis, Laurence Fishburne and Craig Sheffer.

* "A Time to Heal" airing 1PM-3PM

After a difficult childbirth, Jenny Barton recovers, while her husband adjusts to his new role as sole caretaker of his wife and children. Starring Nicolette Sheridan, Gary Cole, Doris Roberts and Lorraine Toussaint.

* "A Touch of Fate" airing 3PM-5PM (Lifetime Premiere)

After Megan is involved in a tragic car accident, Ray helps her with the resulting legal issues. Their work relationship soon becomes something more. Starring Teri Hatcher, Jacqueline Anderson, David Andrews, Daniel Green, Gil Johnson and Robert C. Treveiler.

* "Deadly Visions" airing 5PM-7PM

After losing her eyesight, a woman is given eye transplants to restore her vision. She discovers that now she possesses the ability to "see" on a different level and is constantly haunted by the images of the last moments of her donor's life. Starring Nicolette Sheridan.

* "Deadly Betrayal" airing 7PM-9PM

Donna Randal turns to her daughter's teacher, Alan, for company when her husband takes a job assignment overseas. When Donna breaks off the affair, Alan burglarizes her home. Donna becomes determined to bring Alan to justice. Starring Nicolette Sheridan, Andrew Jackson, Robert Seeliger and Amanda Tilson.
