LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- UPN has made it official: "Sex, Love & Secrets" is no more.
Three weeks after pulling the plug on the show's production (read the story), the netlet has yanked the series from its schedule effective immediately.
Back-to-back repeats of "Love, Inc" ("Pilot" and "Living Single") will fill the show's Tuesday, 9:00/8:00c slot on October 25 with back-to-back installments of "Everybody Hates Chris" ("Everyone Hates the Pilot" and "Everyone Hates Keisha") due on November 1.
The previously announced specials "An All-Star Salute to Patti LaBelle: Live from Atlantis" and "The 3rd Annual Vibe Awards" will then take over on November 8 and November 15 respectively.
The news comes as little surprise considering "Sex" ranks as the least-watched program on the six broadcast networks this season with just under 1.4 million viewers on average tuning in each week.
In total only four of the eight completed episodes have aired, leaving four on the shelf.
Jonathan Axelrod, Kelly Edwards and Daniel Cerone are the executive producers of "Secrets," which comes from the Axelrod/Edwards Company in association with Paramount Network Television.
