JOIN 'THE OFFICE' CHRISTMAS PARTY AND CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAYS WITH THE STARS OF 'THE OFFICE' ON DECEMBER 6

FANS OF THE NBC HIT COMEDY SERIES CAN SEND FREE HOLIDAY E-CARDS FEATURING THE DUNDER MIFFLIN STAFF THROUGH NBC.COM AND VOTE FOR THE COVER OF THE DUNDER MIFFLIN NEWSLETTER

BURBANK - December 5, 2005 - Fans of the hit NBC comedy "The Office" can celebrate the season of merriment by sending a free e-holiday card to family, friends and co-workers, featuring that wacky bunch from Dunder Mifflin, the cubicle jockeys of "The Office."

Viewers can go to http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/ and select among four free e-card designs featuring "The Office" staff celebrating the spirit of the holidays. Once selected, viewers can personalize the cards and send to family, friends and co-workers.

Following Tuesday's telecast of the "Christmas Party" episode, viewers can also vote on their favorite Dunder Mifflin Christmas party photo, snapped by Michael (Steve Carell) during the episode, which will be telecast December 6 at 9:30 ET. The winning photo will be featured on the cover of the Dunder Mifflin 'newsletter' available on nbc.com the following week.

In the "Christmas Party" episode, morale at the office Christmas party hits an all-time low after Michael suggests a game of "Yankee Swap" with the $20 secret Santa gifts - and everyone vies for the ipod he bought for Ryan. In an effort to raise his staff's sagging spirits, Michael introduces vodka shots and things liven up while Jim worries that the sentimental gift he got for Pam will end up in Dwight's hands.

"The Office" takes a painfully funny look at the interactions of the cubicle jockeys at Dunder Mifflin paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Steve Carell ("The 40-Year Old Virgin") stars as unctuous regional manager Michael Scott who hosts the documentary crew on a tour of the workplace. Jenna Fischer ("Miss Match"), John Krasinski ("Jarhead," "Kinsey"), Rainn Wilson ("Six Feet Under"), and B.J. Novak ("Punk'd") star as the employees who tolerate Michael's inappropriate behavior only because he signs their paychecks.

From Reveille and NBC Universal Television Studio, "The Office" is executive-produced by Ben Silverman, Greg Daniels, Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Howard Klein.
