SUSAN LEVISON PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COMEDY DEVELOPMENT FOR FOX BROADCASTING COMPANY

Susan Levison has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Comedy Development for the Fox Broadcasting Company, it was announced today by Craig Erwich, Executive Vice President, Programming for FOX, to whom she will report.

As the senior executive in the department, Levison will supervise the network's comedy development efforts, working as the company's key creative liaison with studios, writers and production executives.

"While serving in our Alternative and Drama departments, Susan has worked on some of FOX's biggest shows, from AMERICAN IDOL to HOUSE, and I look forward to the energy and perspective she will bring on the comedy genre," said Mr. Erwich. "She has tremendous creative instincts, a unique perspective and a clear sense of what it takes to move an idea from script to series. This well-deserved promotion recognizes those facts, and I'm delighted she'll be working with us."

Ms. Levison was formerly Director, and then Vice President, Drama Development at FOX, where she was involved in the creation of the hit series HOUSE and PRISON BREAK as well as the upcoming VANISHED. Prior to that, she was Director of Alternative Programming, where she assisted in the development of such FOX series as "The Simple Life," "Temptation Island," "Love Cruise" and "Boot Camp." She joined FOX in 1999 as an assistant in the Alternative Programming department.

In 2004, Ms. Levison was named to The Hollywood Reporter's list of "Next Generation" leaders, and last week she was named as one of "Twelve Women to Watch" by Broadcasting & Cable Magazine.

Before joining FOX, she was an assistant in the TV Literary department at Creative Artists Agency. Ms. Levison has a Bachelor's degree in English from Pomona College and a Master's degree in English from Boston University.
