LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- "How I Met Your Mother" and "The King of Queens" are getting new homes this summer, CBS confirmed today.
The former will move to Mondays at 9:30/8:30c starting June 4 while the latter is set to run back-to-back episodes on Wednesdays at 8:00/7:00c beginning May 30.
Both moves come as the Eye finalizes its summer slate, which includes first-run series "Creature Comforts" (Mondays at 8:00/7:00c starting June 4) and "Pirate Master" (Thursdays at 8:00/7:00c starting May 31) as well as the return of "Big Brother" (July).
Also on tap: "The 61st Annual Tony Awards" (Sunday, June 10 at 8:00/7:00c), "The 34th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards" (Friday, June 15 at 9:00/8:00c), "AFI's 100 Years... 100 Movies -- 10th Anniversary Edition" (Wednesday, June 20 at 8:00/7:00c) and NFL preseason games on Friday, August 10 (Buffalo at New Orleans); Saturday, August 18 (San Diego at St. Louis); and Friday, August 24 (New England at Carolina).
