COMEDY CENTRAL To Tape First-Ever Carbon Neutral Roast

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW YORK, May 21, 2007 -- COMEDY CENTRAL is spicing up this year's Roast with lots of "flava." Rapper and lova Flavor Flav may love NYC but LA is where all the haters will be! The time is ticking on Flavor Flav and his golden smile when he takes the throne as COMEDY CENTRAL's newest Roastee. The show is scheduled to tape in July in Los Angeles and will be the Network's first-ever carbon-neutral event. "The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of Flavor Flav" will air on Sunday, August 12 at 10:00 p.m.

"We only roast the ones we love and the world is clearly crazy about this guy. This event will be full of surprises as Flavor Flav is going to experience a whole new kind of love in this Roast," said Elizabeth Porter, senior vice president, specials and talent for COMEDY CENTRAL.

Flavor Flav, born William J. Drayton, is credited as rap music's original "Hype Man." Flav is celebrating his 20th year in the rap business and currently on tour with Public Enemy front man and partner Chuck D. Flav has starred in VH1's "Surreal Life," "Strange Love" and the record setting, "Flavor of Love" series.

While things are heating up on stage, COMEDY CENTRAL will do its part to cool things off. This year's Roast will be the network's first-ever carbon neutral production. COMEDY CENTRAL will offset its carbon emissions with the help of partner, NativeEnergy, a national marketer of carbon offsets and renewable energy credits (RECs), offering individuals and organizations a means to compensate for their global warming pollution.

"The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of Flavor Flav" will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions, who also executive produced and directed "The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of William Shatner" and "The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of Pamela Anderson." Elizabeth Porter serves as the executive in charge for the network.

"The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of Flavor Flav" is sponsored by Anheuser Busch, Amp'd and Taco Bell.

COMEDY CENTRAL, the only all-comedy network, currently is seen in more than 91 million homes nationwide. COMEDY CENTRAL is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned division of VIACOM Inc.'s (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) MTV Networks.
