STARZ ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES START OF PRODUCTION ON TWO ORIGINAL SERIES "HOLLYWOOD RESIDENTIAL" & "HEAD CASE"

'Head Case' Expands to Half Hour; Both Shows to Premiere in January 2008

Englewood, Colo., September 4, 2007 Starz Entertainment today announced start of production on two original series, "Hollywood Residential" and the second season of "Head Case." The announcement comes off of Starz' progression into original programming with the launch of "Head Case" earlier this year and continues the network's commitment to quality entertainment. Both shows will premiere on Starz in January, 2008.

"While movies will always be our core business at Starz, we are excited to be expanding our original programming with celebrity driven shows like 'Hollywood Residential' and 'Head Case.'" said Michael Ruggiero, vice president, original programming, Starz Entertainment. "These smart, sophisticated comedies are a great complement to our robust movie offerings and allow us to offer more choices to our subscribers."

Starz premiered "Head Case" in April 2007. The celebrity laden short form comedy series returns with all new half hour episodes in 2008. The series will continue with the story of therapist Dr. Elizabeth Goode (Alexandra Wentworth), as a judgmental, unconventional but undeniably thriving "it therapist" to Hollywood's celebrity elite. Dr. Goode's days are filled with a "who's who" from the world of entertainment, sports and music. Veteran comedian Steve Landesberg returns as Goode's office partner Dr. Myron Finkelstein. Last season, viewers caught Jason Priestley, Andy Dick, Rick Fox, Alanis Morissette, Ralph Macchio, Tom Sizemore and Jane Kaczmarek, among many others receiving the "Goode treatment." Casting for the second season is currently underway.

"I am delighted to be working with Starz again and look forward to bringing an even more outrageous and hilarious season of 'Head Case' to our viewers," said Wentworth, star and co-executive producer.

"Hollywood Residential" is a single-camera half hour comedy that follows a fictional, faltering celebrity home makeover show on a struggling home improvement cable network. Cameras follow as frustrated, under achieving actor Tony King (Adam Paul) and his sexy, new co-host, Lila Mann (Lindsay Stoddart), take their show to the homes of Hollywood celebrities. Tony, inept as a carpenter, has more on his mind than home improvement and tries to take advantage of his clients to further his own acting career, always to embarrassing results. "Hollywood Residential" will feature appearances by Paula Abdul, Jamie Kennedy, Cheryl Hines, Tom Arnold, John Cho, Chris Kattan, Carmen Electra and Beverly D'Angelo.

"There is a true lack of comedies on television these days and I am honored to be working with Starz to bring quality comedy back to the marketplace," said Cheryl Hines, co-executive producer of "Hollywood Residential."

"Head Case" is produced in association with UNCLE Film + Television. Robert Bauer, Eric Bonniot, Jason Farrand and Alexandra Wentworth are executive producers.

"Hollywood Residential" is produced in association with Principato-Young Entertainment with Paul Young, Cheryl Hines, Adam Paul, Peter Principato, Andy Lerner and Andy Bobrow as executive producers.
