Released via COMEDY CENTRAL Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment, "The Best of 'The Colbert Report'" DVD arrives in stores nationwide on Tuesday, November 6 and will also be available at http://shop.comedycentral.com.

"The Best of 'The Colbert Report'" DVD is a single disc and features the best sketches from the show including: "The W�rd," (i.e. Truthiness, Wikiality); the 434-part series "Better Know a District," (i.e. Rep. Barney Frank, Rep. Robert Wexler); Let The Gravitas Begin with Stone Phillips; Meta-Free-Phor-All with Sean Penn; Stephen Jr.; Stephanie Colburtle the Turtle; Saginaw Spirit's ice hockey mascot Steagle Colbeagle the Eagle; the naming of the Hungarian Bridge; the green screen challenges featuring the light-saber duel with George Lucas and guitar shred-off with Chris Funk of The Decemberists; duet with Barry Manilow; "Cooking with Feminists" featuring Jane Fonda and Gloria Steinem; and much, much more.

"The Colbert Report," with Stephen Colbert assuming a dismissive, Bill O'Reilly-like persona while commenting on the issues of the day, has received a total of eight Emmy� Award nominations.

"The Colbert Report" airs Monday-Thursday at 11:30 p.m. following "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart." Each episode repeats Monday-Thursday at 1:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and Friday at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. (all times ET/PT).
