JOHN O'HURLEY TO HOST "SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS" PREMIERING LIVE ON TUESDAY, APRIL 8, ON CBS

John O'Hurley ("Seinfeld," "Dancing With the Stars," "Family Feud") will host SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS when the show premieres LIVE Tuesday, April 8 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/tape delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Legendary entertainer Debbie Reynolds, Grammy-nominated singer Brian McKnight and Emmy-nominated television and film producer Gavin Polone are set to judge the weekly performances.

Each week, celebrities will compete in a tournament-structured format to determine who has the BEST unknown talent. Each performer of SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS will fulfill his/her dream by practicing, and then performing live, many supported by a headline production troupe. Each performance will be critiqued by Reynolds, McKnight and Polone - but it's the viewers who get to vote for the celebrity that impresses them the most. Each week, the "Viewer Vote" will determine which celebrities move on in the competition, and who will go home.

SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS will feature a seven week competition format:

Tuesday, April 8 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 1

Clint Black (country singer) will perform stand-up comedy, Sasha Cohen (Olympic ice skating medalist) will show her agility as a contortionist, Mya (singer/actress) will demonstrate her tap-dancing prowess and George Takei (actor) will croon as a country singer. Viewer votes will determine TWO Semi-Finalists.

Tuesday, April 15 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 2

Jo Dee Messina (country singer) will perform an urban dance, blending hip hop and step, with a supporting troupe, Joshua Morrow will train with Marcus Monroe to choreograph an edgy rock & roll juggling act, backed by a live band, Bridget Marquardt (Playboy Playmate/radio DJ), will soar as a bungee trapeze artist with former masters of Cirque du Soleil and Roy Jones, Jr. (boxing champion) will rap. Viewer votes will determine TWO Semi-Finalists.

Tuesday, April 22 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 3

FOUR acts will perform (Semi-Finalists from Week 1 and Week 2). Viewers will

vote to determine TWO FINALISTS.

In subsequent weeks, additional celebrities competing in SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS include Malcolm-Jamal Warner (actor) on bass accompanied by a Hip Hop Orchestra as they perform an original song; Marla Maples (actress/model) presenting her gymnastic abilities with The Anti-Gravity Troupe featuring unusual gear, aerials, flips and bungee mechanics; Ric Flair (Wrestling Champion) surprising viewers with his salsa dancing skills; Joe Frazier (World Champion boxer) showcasing his smooth moves as a rhythm & blues singer; Danny Bonaduce (actor/radio DJ) maneuvering a unicycle with members of The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus; Sheila E. (singer/drummer) juggling with The Flying Karamazov Brothers; Cindy Margolis (spokesmodel/actress) performing magic; and Ben Stein (pop culture personality) dancing The Jitterbug.

Tuesday, April 29 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 4

FOUR new acts will perform. Viewer votes will determine TWO Semi-Finalists.

Tuesday, May 6 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 5

FOUR new acts will perform. Viewer votes will determine TWO Semi-Finalists.

Tuesday, May 13 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET LIVE, tape delayed PT) - Week 6

FOUR acts (Semi-Finalists from Week 4 and Week 5). Viewer votes will determine TWO FINALISTS.

Thursday, May 22 - Live - (8:00-9:00 PM/tape delayed PT) FINALE - Week 7

The Final Four (determined by the results from Week 3 and Week 6) will compete one last time for viewer votes to determine the winning SECRET TALENT OF THE STARS.

John O'Hurley is best known for his witty portrayal of J. Peterman in the television series "Seinfeld." He is an accomplished actor, show host, feature film star, author, dancer and musician. In addition to hosting SECRET TALENTS OF THE STARS, he is currently portraying King Author in Eric Idle's musical comedy "Monty Python's Spamalot" at the Grail Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. Voted one of People Magazine's "Sexiest Men Alive," O'Hurley danced his way into the hearts of America as the ultimate champion of "Dancing with the Stars," and then starred on Broadway in Chicago. He is the face of the popular syndicated show "Family Feud" and also hosted "To Tell The Truth." As the follow up to his New York Times Bestseller, It's OK to Miss the Bed on the First Jump: And Other Life Lessons Learned from Dogs, O'Hurley released his second book, Before Your Dog Can Eat Your Homework, First You Have To Do It in October, 2007. He also has a CD called "Peace of Our Minds," a collaboration of piano and cello compositions by O'Hurley and world renowned cellist Marston which is a nationwide bestseller, reaching #13 on the Billboard Music charts.

Debbie Reynolds is an Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning actor, singer and dancer who has entertained millions for over 50 years. Her film credits include "Singing In The Rain," "Bundle of Joy," "The Singing Nun" and "The Unsinkable Molly Brown," which led to her Oscar nomination. She received separate Golden Globe Awards for her performances in the feature film "Mother" and her television series "The Debbie Reynolds Show." She also received an Emmy nomination for her recurring role on television's "Will & Grace." In March 2003, Debbie was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the 82nd Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. She was the first woman to receive this award honoring her outstanding contributions to Hollywood. She continues to take her night club act on tour around the country.

Since his first record deal at the age of 19, Brian McKnight has released 10 albums, with his smash hit Anytime going double-platinum and garnering him a Grammy nomination in 1997. In addition to his music, McKnight now hosts his own daily radio program, "The Brian McKnight Morning Show," on smooth jazz radio station KTWV (aka 94.7 The Wave) in Los Angeles.

Among his numerous credits as a film and television producer, Gavin Polone has been nominated for multiple Emmy Awards for "Curb Your Enthusiasm," and was also the executive producer of "Gilmore Girls." In addition, he produced many feature films including "My Super Ex-Girlfriend," "The Panic Room," "Secret Window," "Little Manhattan" and "8MM."
