BURN NOTICE (USA) - Garret Dillahunt ("Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles") has landed a guest role on the series. He'll play Simon, "a scary-smart new client of Michael's (Jeffrey Donovan) - and perhaps the first person to outsmart him," according to a report from Entertainment Weekly. Said report notes the installment, due this winter, will also feature the return of John Mahoney as "Management."

CSI: MIAMI (CBS) - Emmy-winner Christian Clemenson ("Boston Legal") has booked a two-episode arc on the veteran drama. He'll play a medical examiner in what could be expanded to a recurring role. No other specifics about his character were given.

GONE TOO FAR (MTV) - MTV, Gigantic Productions and Ish Entertainment are mulling the fate of the series following the news today that host Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein was found dead of an alleged drug overdose. The eight-episode series, due to launch on October 5, features Goldstein "as he helps a group of young adults struggling with addictions." Goldstein previously admitted to being a recovering addict himself as well as a having attempted suicide. The DJ, along with Blink-182 rocker Travis Barker, made headlines last year after being the only two survivors of a small plane crash in South Carolina. Spike TV faced a similar programming dilemma with its reality series "Stuck on ODB" in 2004 following the death of Wu-Tang Clan member Ol' Dirty Bastard, likewise from a drug overdose. Said project ultimately never aired.

GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Jesse Williams ("Greek") has landed a recurring role on the show's sixth season. He'll play "a sexy, confident new medical professional" however full details about his character weren't released. It's not clear when his first episode will air.

RESCUE ME (FX) - The cable channel has confirmed the show's upcoming sixth season will be its last. The 19-episode run, likely to be split into two halves (one in 2010, one in 2011), will likely conclude on the 10th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Production on the swan song begins in September for a late spring or early summer return date.

SONS OF TUCSON (FOX) - Newcomer Matthew Levy ("The Misinvention of Milo Weatherby") has joined the cast of the midseason comedy. He'll play Brandon Gunderson, "the oldest of three brothers who hire a hustler (Tyler Labine) to act as their father while their biological father is in prison." He'll take over for Troy Gentile, who played said role in the original pilot. FOX announced back in July it was holding open casting calls to replace two of the brothers played by Gentile and Davis Cleveland.

'TIL DEATH (FOX) - Lindsey Broad ("State of Romance") has joined the cast of Brad Garrett/Joely Fisher-led comedy. She'll play their daughter Allison in the new season, which sees her and Doug (new regular Timm Sharp) moving back home. The news marks the third actress to play said role, the others being Krysten Ritter and Laura Clery. Said additions are designed to fill the void left by the departure of JB Smoove's character as well as the previous exits of Kat Foster and Eddie Kaye Thomas in season three.
