BANK OF HOLLYWHOOD (E!, New!) - Ryan Seacrest ("Keeping Up With the Kardashians") has landed yet another series at his cable home, this time a reality series which "gives ordinary people the chance to plead for money from rich celebrities and moguls." Comedian Bryan Callen will host the project with author/entrepreneur Candy Spelling, French-American poker player Vanessa Rousso, Wilhelmina Models president Sean Patterson and Pussycat Dolls singer Melody Thornton serving as panelists, all of whom will give away their own money. The eight-episode series, which is based on the U.K. effort "Fortune: Million Pound Giveaway," bows Monday, December 14 at 10:00/9:00c. Seacrest will executive produce via his self-titled banner alongside Fever Media and the BBC.
CRAIG DOYLE PROJECTS (Various, New!) - Craig Doyle has booked comedies at FOX, CBS and TV Land. At the former is an untitled half-hour about "an adult man who's made a mess of his life but must come to the aid of his Type A sister after she suffers a tragedy." 20th Century Fox Television and The Chernin Co. are behind the project, the format of which wasn't specified. Peter Chernin and Katherine Pope also serve as executive producers. At CBS then is "Three Sisters," a multi-camera comedy about "three very different men who marry three sisters who are extremely close." CBS Television Studios and Katalyst Films are behind said half-hour with Karey Burke, Jason Goldberg and Ashton Kutcher executive producing. And finally there's "The Do-Over" at TV Land, details of which weren't specified.
HARRIS WILKINSON PROJECTS (Various, New!) - Harris Wilkinson ("Stir of Echoes: The Homecoming") has landed a pair of dramas at NBC and FOX. The latter, an untitled hour, revolves around a division of the CIA that specializes in "remote viewing," the ability to gather information using paranormal means. 20th Century Fox Television and The Chernin Co. are co-producing the project with Peter Chernin, Katherine Pope and Lauren Stein executive producing. Len Wiseman is also on board to direct. Over at NBC then is "Self-Righteous," about "young lawyers defending clients in New Orleans no one else wants to help." Universal Media Studios and Bob Yari Productions are behind the hour with Yari and Jonathan Berry executive producing.
JACK & DAN (FOX) - Colin Hanks ("Mad Men") is set to star opposite Bradley Whitford in the upcoming drama, about Jack, "an ambitious, by-the-book detective whose habit of undermining himself has resulted in a dead-end position at the Los Angeles Police Department [where] he has been partnered with Dan (Whitford), a drunken, lecherous, wild-card cop who hangs onto his job only because of a heroic act years before." Hanks will play Jack in the hour, which comes from creator Matt Nix and Fox Television Studios.
