ALOHA, FOOTBALL FANS! "HAWAII FIVE-0" SCORES POST-AFC CHAMPIONSHIP SLOT
CBS announced today that it will broadcast an original episode of HAWAII FIVE-0, the season's #1 new series, immediately following one of the biggest events in sports � the AFC Championship game, Sunday, Jan. 23, on the CBS Television Network. THE NFL ON CBS's coverage of the AFC Championship game will begin at 6:30 PM, ET.
HAWAII FIVE-0 averages 13.25 million viewers and dominates its time period in both viewers and key demographics each week. The top new drama among adults 18-49, H50 is also the most played-back program of the season, averaging an additional 2.97 million viewers per episode when 7-day DVR data is calculated.
A contemporary take on the classic series, HAWAII FIVE-0 is about an elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out the crime that washes up on the Islands' sun-drenched beaches. The series stars Alex O'Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park, and airs regularly on Mondays at 10:00 PM, ET/PT, on the CBS Television Network.
