IFC GREEN LIGHTS SECOND SEASON OF ORIGINAL COMEDY SERIES, "THE INCREASINGLY POOR DECISIONS OF TODD MARGARET"

Six Episodes Debut in October 2011

NEW YORK, NY, February 24, 2011 - IFC has green lit a second season of its original comedy series The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret. This deal was brokered by Zodiak Media Group's international division Zodiak Rights. Six all-new episodes will debut in October; production begins in April. The series is created, written by and stars David Cross (Arrested Development) as Todd Margaret, a corporate nobody and pathological liar who bluffs his way into a senior sales position heading up the London office for the new energy drink Thunder Muscle.

"I am excited to continue the story that was merely hinted at last season," said David Cross. "Questions will be answered and secrets revealed all while the mystery heads towards a deep, shuddering, and very satisfying climax."

"Todd Margaret personifies the type of offbeat comedy IFC brings to viewers," said Debbie DeMontreux, senior vice president, original programming, IFC. "David is one of the pioneers of alt comedy, a genre IFC is quickly becoming known for. Our audience passionately supported the premiere season and we're thrilled to bring them fresh, hilarious episodes this fall."

Clelia Mountford, Executive Producer for RDF Television added "We're delighted to be given the opportunity by IFC to complicate Todd Margaret's life even further."

Season one, which aired on IFC from October 1 to November 5, 2010, featured a roster of stars including Will Arnett and guest stars Janeane Garofalo, Amber Tamblyn and Russ Tamblyn.

The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret is a co-production between IFC and RDF Television, part of Zodiak Media Group in the UK. The series is co-written by Shaun Pye (Extras) and Mark Chappell. Executive producers for IFC are Jennifer Caserta, Debbie DeMontreux, Christine Lubrano, Evan Shapiro and Christian Vesper. The executive producer for RDF Television is Clelia Mountford. The series is produced by Michael Livingstone and directed by Ben Gregor. David Cross is also an associate producer.

Zodiak Rights share worldwide rights (excluding the US) with IFC to the new series and will be launching it at MIPTV this spring.
