QUICK TAKE

ABC'S PRIMETIME COMEDIES CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN OCTOBER 25 & 26

ABC's Tuesday and Wednesday night comedies celebrate the spookiest night of the year with Halloween-themed episodes TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 and WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26 on the ABC Television Network. There's a little something for everyone, from "Last Man" Tim Allen dressed as Hollywood icon John Wayne in "The Green Berets" to Elisha Cuthbert channeling movie goddess Marilyn Monroe on "Happy Endings." Guest stars include Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (horror icon Cassandra Peterson on "Last Man Standing") and Jay Mohr (as Dallas Royce's husband Steven on "Suburgatory.")

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25

"Last Man Standing" -- "Last Halloween Standing" (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) -- Mike feels let down when his daughters aren't into celebrating Halloween with him the way they used to. He decides that his two-year-old grandson, Boyd, can be his perfect trick or treat partner. But Kristin, Boyd's mother, adamantly tells him that she doesn't want her son to go out on Halloween. Mike sneaks him out -- with a plan to get the child home before Kristin gets back from work. When Mike, dressed as John Wayne from "The Green Berets," gets to Ed's house with Boyd, they are greeted at the door by Ed's lady friend, Elvira (guest star Cassandra Peterson). "Last Man Standing" stars Tim Allen as Mike, Nancy Travis, as Vanessa, Kaitlyn Dever as Eve, Molly Ephraim as Mandy, Alexandra Krosney as Kristin, Christoph Sanders as Kyle and Hector Elizondo as Ed. Guest starring in "Last Halloween Standing" is Cassandra Peterson as Elvira, Kenton Duty as Victor (Young Jacob, "Lost," Disney Channel's "Shake It Up") Luke & Evan Kruntchev as Boyd, Kenneth Choi as Dr. Wong, Ann Hu as Mrs. Wong, David Anthony Higgins as Bill and Gregg Pitts as Pete.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26

Meanwhile, Frankie reluctantly volunteers to take Brick's socially awkward school social skills group trick-or-treating, and Axl and his friends devise a plan to trick rather than treat the neighborhood kids on Halloween. "The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick. Guest starring are Beau Wirick as Sean Donahue, John Gammon as Darrin, Mason Cook as Corey, Andrew J. Fishman as Zack, Devan Leos as Henry, Aidan Potter as Scott, Jake Netter as Theo, Karly Rothenberg as woman, Chris Chauncey as man, Hailey Sole as girl and Brady Allen as little boy.

And George is determined to prove to Halloween-hater Dallas that being scared can be fun, but gets a scare of his own when Steven Royce (guest star Jay Mohr), Dallas' husband, finally comes home from one of his many business trips. "Suburgatory" stars Jeremy Sisto as George Altman, Jane Levy as Tessa Altman, Cheryl Hines as Dallas Royce, Alan Tudyk as Noah Werner, Carly Chaikin as Dalia Royce, Allie Grant as Lisa Shay and Rex Lee as Mr. Wolfe.
