LIFE ISN'T EVERYTHING (CBS, New!) - Mike Sikowitz ("Rules of Engagement") is looking to import the Israeli sitcom, about "a middle-aged, recently divorced couple who were bad at marriage and discover they are now really bad at divorce - messy, can't help but being involved in each other's lives, still have sex, etc." He'll co-write the half-hour alongside original creator Daniel Lappin for Sony Pictures Television. Reshet's Noa Tishby then will executive produce alongside the duo. (Deadline.com)

THE MEN ON MY COUCH (ABC, New!) - Gail Lerner ("Happy Endings") has snagged a script order from the Alphabet for a new comedy about "a young female therapist with an exclusively male client list who discovers that having too much information about what makes men tick can be complicated when she steps outside the office." Said half-hour, from ABC Studios and Warren Littlefield's The Littlefield Co., is based on Dr. Brandy Dunn and David Rensin's upcoming memoir of the same name, subtitled "True Stories of Sex, Love and Psychotherapy." (Deadline.com)

MILLION DOLLAR DECORATORS (Bravo) - The cable channel has reportedly ordered a second season of the series, which features high budget interior designers and their clients. The show's freshman run averaged a modest 600,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating among adults 18-49. Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Kathryn Ireland, Jeffrey Alan Marks, Mary McDonald and Nathan Turner are all set to return. Goodbye Pictures is producing. (THR.com)

UNTITLED DAVID HOLSTEIN PROJECT (CBS, New!) - David Holstein ("Weeds") has booked a new comedy at the Eye billed as "Sliding Doors" meets "Seinfeld." He'll write and executive produce the half-hour alongside Jenji Kohan for Lionsgate Television. No other details were given. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED QUEEN LATIFAH PROJECT (Syndication, New!) - Queen Latifah is returning to the talk show marketspace with a new project from Overbrook Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television. Targeted for a fall 2013 start, the untitled effort will be hosted and executive produced by Latifah alongside her Flavor Unit partner Shakim Compere as well as Miguel Melendez, Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith and James Lassiter. Telepictures was behind her previous daytime project "The Queen Latifah Show," which launched in 1999 and lasted two seasons. (Deadline.com)
