"JEFF PROBST" TALK SHOW SOLD IN OVER 55% OF THE COUNTRY FOR FALL 2012

NBC Owned Television Stations Pick Up Syndi Strip in Top Markets

LOS ANGELES - November 10, 2011 - CBS Television Distribution has sold the new syndicated first-run talk show JEFF PROBST to stations in more than 55% of the country for a fall 2012 launch, it was announced today by John Nogawski, President of CTD.

The show was sold to the NBC Owned Television Stations in New York (WNBC), Los Angeles (KNBC), Philadelphia (WCAU), Dallas-Fort Worth (KXAS), San Francisco Bay Area (KNTV), Miami (WTVJ), San Diego (KNSD) and Hartford, Connecticut (WVIT). The show is sold in 16 of the top 20 markets, including to stations from the following groups: CBS Television Stations, Gannett Broadcasting Group, Post-Newsweek Stations, Belo Corp, Cox Television, Scripps Howard Broadcasting and LIN Television.

"Stations enthusiastically embraced our and Jeff's vision for re-creating the classic talk show," Nogawski said. "Jeff developed his listening and storytelling skills on the prime-time hit 'Survivor,' and his hosting appeal was cemented on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' and 'Larry King Live.' Jeff has the ingredients to become an instant asset to stations and provide a strong lead in to their newscasts."

"I'm fascinated with people," Probst said. "And I love adventure. I can't wait to bring these two worlds together in daytime, and the added bonus is I get to continue with 'Survivor' in primetime."

"Jeff is one of the most likeable and relatable personalities in prime-time television. We're thrilled to be working with Jeff to bring a quality, classic talk show to daytime viewers next year," said Aaron Meyerson, President of Programming and Development, CTD. "Jeff loves to talk to real people and find out what's important in their lives and delve into the common experiences we all share."

Hosted and executive produced by the Emmy Award-winning Jeff Probst, JEFF PROBST will debut in fall 2012. The one-hour talk show will cover topics ranging from relationships and family dynamics to newsmakers of the day to families and individuals facing challenges.

Probst has hosted all 23 editions of CBS's reality hit "Survivor" since its inception 11 seasons ago, and is currently an executive producer. He is a four-time Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Reality Host, the only winner since the award was created in 2008. "Survivor" also won the first-ever Outstanding Non-Fiction Program (Special Class) Emmy in 2001.

Probst is a regular fill-in for Regis Philbin on "Live With Regis and Kelly." He also was a regular guest host for Larry King on "Larry King Live."
