Bravo Media Elevates David Brewer to Vice President, Program Strategy and Acquisitions

BRAVO MEDIA ELEVATES DAVID BREWER TO VICE PRESIDENT, PROGRAM STRATEGY AND ACQUISITIONS

Role Reports To Jerry Leo Who Was Recently Upped To Executive Vice President, Program Strategy and Production

NEW YORK - December 5, 2011 - Bravo Media continues to strengthen its programming team by elevating David Brewer to the newly created position of Vice President of Program Strategy and Acquisitions. In his new role, Brewer will supervise all functions of the Bravo Program Planning department including linear and digital program scheduling, series rollout planning, movie and series acquisitions, and lead the programming support for Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Brewer also will work closely with Development, Program Operations, Production, Digital, Ad Sales, Research, Communications, Promos, Marketing and Finance to maximize programming opportunities on all platforms in order to extend the brand. Based in New York, he will continue to report to Jerry Leo who was upped last week to Executive Vice President, Program Strategy and Production. Leo's expanded role includes the current slate of originals, from the creative to production operations and management of more than 30 series and overseeing the strategic planning of all linear and digital scheduling.

"David has quickly emerged as an extraordinary leader with an incredible vision and passion for programming," said Leo. "His scheduling expertise and extensive knowledge of the Bravo brand will be invaluable as the network continues to evolve and increase our original programming."

Brewer previously held the position of Director, Strategic Program Planning. During his tenure at Bravo, he managed digital strategies, oversaw scheduling and tracked competition and trends. Brewer was instrumental in the planning of high-rated series launches and several record-breaking cycles of "The Real Housewives" franchise, "Top Chef Masters," "Bethenny Getting Married," "The Millionaire Matchmaker" and "Tabatha's Salon Takeover." In addition, he was one of the strategists for the successful expansion of the network's original programming across five nights, most recently Sunday nights in Fall 2010. Brewer helped initiate the network's "Fashion By Bravo" programming block which included "The Rachel Zoe Project," "Mad Fashion" and "Fashion Hunters" this past October.

Prior to joining Bravo, Brewer began his career as an NBC Page. Brewer is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. He currently resides in New York City with his wife Liz.
