SHOWTIME(R) LAUNCHES INTERACTIVE WEBSITE FOR GALWEATHER & STEARN

HOUSE OF LIES Premieres On SHOWTIME Sunday, January 8 At 10 PM ET/PT

New Interactive Multi-Platform App Will Serve As Irreverent Companion To The Series

NEW YORK - January 6, 2012 - In preparation for the launch of the new original comedy series HOUSE OF LIES, starring Academy Award(R) nominee Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell, SHOWTIME has launched a new interactive website for the series, http://galweatherstearn.com. The site brings the management consultant firm featured on the series to life, with the look and feel of big business, but with the irreverent tone of the series' characters. The Galweather & Stearn site will serve as the main hub for all digital content for HOUSE OF LIES, including a look at the inner-workings of the firm, character bios, and a "Personal Power Points" application. The app allows fans to connect using Facebook or LinkedIn, and receive a mock personalized consult from the Galweather A-Team on their work or love life.

In addition, SHOWTIME has launched a new companion app, available now on multiple platforms - "Stroke Your Genius: Marty's Guide to Management Consulting." With a sleek and graphic high-end look of an interactive magazine, this irreverent guide to the ins-and-outs of big business will offer chapters on style, travel, how to manage client relations and expenses, all in the lead character's unique, humorous voice. The app will feature a number of tongue in cheek games (including "BS Bingo"), and will be available for download on iPad(R), Nook, Android(TM) and Kindle Fire tablets, and can also be accessed on galweatherstearn.com.

HOUSE OF LIES, the new dark comedy about all the screwed up ways big business is practiced these days, premieres this Sunday, January 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, as part of the SHOWTIME Free Preview Weekend, when the network will be available for free to non-subscribers in 60 million households. The series, based on the hit tell-all book from best-selling author Martin Kihn (House of Lies: How Management Consultants Steal Your Watch and Then Tell You the Time), peels back the bull to reveal a world few know exists and fewer still have experienced. Meet Marty Kaan (Cheadle), the big-money earner at Galweather & Stearn, along with his hot, young team - The Pod - of big-balling power players - Jeannie (Kristen Bell), Clyde (Ben Schwartz) and Doug (Josh Lawson). Marty and The Pod's work life is all first-class, top-shelf, black Am Ex, the best suites at the nicest hotels. Marty is the ultimate power player and under his direction, this ruthless, pull-no-punches team is here to stick it to the man by beating the corporate suckers at their own game. Dawn Olivieri, Donis Leonard, Jr. and Glynn Turman also star. HOUSE OF LIES is created and executive produced by Matthew Carnahan. Jessika Borsiczky, Stephen Hopkins and Don Cheadle also serve as executive producers.
