"THE ROSIE SHOW" WELCOMES EXECUTIVE PRODUCER SHANE FARLEY AND REVEALS A NEW LOOK FOR 2012

Chicago, IL - Rosie O'Donnell's daily talk show "The Rosie Show" on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today that four-time Emmy Award winning producer Shane Farley has joined the team as executive producer. Farley brings over 15 years experience producing talk shows, most recently "Rachael Ray" and will be working with Rosie and her team to shape the look and feel of "The Rosie Show" moving forward.

"The Rosie Show's" new look for 2012 is inspired by Rosie's art studio at her home in New York. Colorful and playful, the new smaller studio seats 70 guests and reflects Rosie's personality featuring her own art, photos and other personal effects. While the new, more intimate set does not allow for a band setup, musical director Katreese Barnes will continue to be fully-engaged behind the scenes, creating original music for the show, including digital shorts and musical parodies. In addition, the show will continue its strong social media efforts as Rosie engages with fans in real time online via Rosie.com, Twitter (@TheRosieShow) and Facebook (www.Facebook.com/RosieODonnellOfficial).

"Having worked with Shane for a number of years, I knew he'd be a great addition to the team as we continue to develop the vision for the show," said Rosie. Adding, "I was a guest on Andy Cohen's show 'Watch What Happens Live' recently and I loved the homey feel of his set and the intimacy of his smaller audience. I wanted to re-create that laid-back feeling, less about performing for a huge audience and more about having a one-on-one conversation."

"I was fortunate to work with Rosie on 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show' and I jumped at the opportunity to work with her again in this new capacity," said executive producer Shane Farley. "Rosie is among the best of the best in creative talent today. She's genuinely the funniest person I know and what's even better, she thinks like a producer, which is why I'm looking forward to working with her on her OWN show."

Farley joined "Rachael Ray" in 2006 as supervising producer and in 2009 was promoted to co-executive producer. He has won four Daytime Emmy Awards for his work producing "Rachael Ray," "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" and "The Wayne Brady Show." Farley was also supervising producer of "The Tony Danza Show" and worked as the co-executive producer on the Style Network's popular celebrity talk show "Isaac."

Page Hurwitz, who was instrumental in the launch of "The Rosie Show" as executive producer, will be departing to pursue other opportunities.
