HALLMARK CHANNEL'S "COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS" IS BIGGER THAN EVER!

CASPER VAN DIEN AND RACHEL WILSON STAR IN "CHRISTMAS BABY," A HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE WORLD PREMIERE HOLIDAY 2012

When a pair of feuding colleagues are thrown together after their siblings fall in love, they have to learn to get along in time for their nephew's birth on Christmas Day. Casper Van Dien ("Shiver") and Rachel Wilson ("Saw III") star in the World Premiere of "Christmas Baby," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie premiering Holiday 2012. Hallmark Channel's "Countdown to Christmas" is the biggest holiday destination on television, premiering more original holiday programs than any other network.

Kyle Lockwood (Van Dien) and Jenna Ford (Wilson) two lawyers at a prestigious law firm could not be more different. Kyle, a designer clad conservative and Jenna, his global warming concerned liberal counterpart are constantly butting heads. After working at the same law firm for years, Jenna thought she finally rid herself of Kyle after moving to San Francisco. However, when Jenna and Kyle's siblings fall in love, it binds them together by default. When Jenna and Kyle visit them for Christmas, the couple immediately fly out the door and to the hospital as Jenna's sister goes into labor. As Jenna and Kyle watch over their niece, Karen, they learn that their siblings have been experiencing severe financial problems and are facing foreclosure. However, they are hoping to win the "Christmas Baby" radio contest and receive $25,000 dollars in prize money to help save their house and family's future. While Trisha and Jim are at the hospital, Jenna and Kyle take a more practical approach and tackle the problem head on, agreeing to pay off the bills and split the cost. After a round of botched attempts to help their siblings, Jenna, Kyle, and their niece Karen are forced to wait out a blizzard in a stable and sparks begin to fly between them. While a Christmas miracle of its own, Jenna and Kyle are going to need more fire power than a few sparks to save their siblings house and make it to the hospital in the midst of a blizzard.

"Christmas Baby," is a Chesler/Pealmutter Production. Lewis Chesler, David Perlmutter, Rob Vaughn are executive producers. Marek Posival is the producer. Jonathan Wright directed from a script by Rob Vaughn.
