CBS STUDIOS INTERNATIONAL CELEBRATES TEN YEARS OF THE GLOBAL SENSATION "NCIS" AT MIPCOM

Star of the U.S. and Europe's Top Drama Michael Weatherly and

Executive Producer Gary Glasberg Join the Festivities on the French Riviera

Los Angeles, CA - September 18, 2012 - CBS Studios International will celebrate ten outstanding years of one of the world's most-watched television franchises, NCIS, at MIPCOM with show star Michael Weatherly and Executive Producer Gary Glasberg.

NCIS is the number one scripted series in the U.S. and was recently named Europe's top imported drama show in 2011 by Digital TV Research, Madigan Cluff and Essential Television Statistics.* The show ranks among the top ten U.S. series on its channel in Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Poland and the UK in 2012 through August, and the show is frequently a tent-pole series on schedules in many markets. NCIS is also the number one series telecast on M6 in France, the home of the MIPCOM annual market.**

"Over the years, NCIS has grown into the global powerhouse it is today," said Armando Nuñez, President, CBS Studios International. "It is a thrill to be able to celebrate the show's tenth season with Executive Producer Gary Glasberg and original cast member Michael Weatherly in Cannes with the broadcasters who have made it a top performer in their local markets."

As part of the celebrations at MIPCOM, CBS Studios International and Reed MIDEM, will host a press conference with Mr. Weatherly and Mr. Glasberg to discuss ten seasons of NCIS on Tuesday, October 9th, at 3:00 p.m. at the Blue Lounge. Mr. Glasberg will also participate in a Creative Talks master class on Tuesday at 11:50 a.m. at the Grand Audi to discuss the secrets behind running the globally successful drama.

With liberal doses of humor, NCIS is an action drama that focuses on the sometimes complex and always amusing dynamics of a team forced to work together in high-stress situations. From murder and espionage to terrorism and stolen submarines, these special agents investigate all crimes with Navy or Marine Corps ties. Michael Weatherly has held the role of NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, an ex-homicide detective whose instincts in the field are unparalleled and whose quick wit and humorous take on life make him a team favorite, since the show's inception in 2003. Gary Glasberg joined the series as a co-Executive Producer in 2009 and currently serves as Executive Producer and Showrunner. NCIS is produced by Belisarius Productions in association with CBS Television Studios. Executive Producers are Gary Glasberg, Chas. Floyd Johnson, Mark Horowitz, Mark Harmon, Shane Brennan and Donald P. Bellisario.
