E!'s "Countdown to the Red Carpet: The 2011 Primetime Emmy(R) Awards" Kicks Off The Day's Festivities With Hosts Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos and Kelly Osbourne, Airing From 2:00pm - 3:00pm PT / 5:00pm - 6:00pm ET

Los Angeles, September 18, 2012 - Television's most glamorous night is just days away and with it comes E!'s signature, unparalleled, red carpet coverage, "Live From The Red Carpet," helmed by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic on September 23. E! will capture every fascinating Hollywood moment, via one-on-one interviews, as television's A-list parade into the 2012 Primetime Emmy(R) Awards at the famed Nokia Theater. The coverage provides E!'s audience with a front row seat to get the scoop on nominees' hopes and artists' dreams, expert predictions, fashion hits and misses and all the details on what's buzzing on the carpet. Additionally, E! Online will be the online destination with a live stream, interactive polls and other exclusive features in its new TV Scoop section. Plus, fans in the twitterverse can get E!'s up-to-the-minute Red Carpet coverage by following @redcarpet, and by tweeting with the official hashtag #Eredcarpet to be part of the conversation during Emmy(R) day. This year, "Live From the Red Carpet" will air in more than 160 countries around the world. Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic will be stationed at points on the Red Carpet as the "must stop" spots for all of the attending celebrities, while Ross Mathews and Kelly Osbourne will deliver the evening's highlights and dish on the night's fashions from E!'s Exclusive Skybox, high above the red carpet. After the stars interview with E!, they will head over the Glam Cam 360 where their red carpet look will be showcased by the world famous camera. This is a state-of-the-art Matrix-style camera that displays each couture outfit in a full 360 degree rotation. With more than 20 cameras on site, only E! delivers an all-encompassing pass to this iconic evening, all of which can also be viewed by visiting www.eonline.com. Also, making its debut is the new Mani-Cam, which will provide viewers with an up-close look at all of the fabulous famous fingernails on the carpet. It complements E!'s signature Glam Cam, Stiletto Cam, Fashion Cam and Limo Cam.

Before the first stiletto steps onto the carpet, E! will already be in high gear with "Countdown To The Red Carpet," hosted by Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos and Kelly Osbourne. Starting at 2:00 pm PT /5:00 pm ET, fans can tune in for all the latest on Emmy(R) fashions, exclusive dish on their favorite television shows, up-to-the minute gala preparations and the inside scoop on which shows and stars our experts think will take home the Emmy(R).

On the newly relaunched E! Online, Emmy(R)-enthusiasts can enjoy a fully interactive experience. E!'s Alicia Quarles and TV expert Kristin Dos Santos will host the E! Online Livestream from the carpet from 3:00 to 5:00 pm PT/6:00 to 8:00 pm ET, which will feature highly interactive live polls and user commentary via Twitter. Also, E! Online's "Heat Gauge" is back to provide viewers with instant social updates on which stars are trending - it's the way to know who is hot and who is not.
