NICKMOM, TV'S NEW COMEDY BLOCK JUST FOR MOMS, LAUNCHES MONDAY, OCT. 1, AT 10 P.M. (ET)

NEW YORK - Sept. 20, 2012 - NickMom, the new primetime TV block debuts Monday, Oct. 1, at 10 p.m. (all times ET) with a rotating line-up of four original new series - NickMom Night Out, MFF: Mom Friends Forever, Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor and What Was Carol Brady Thinking? NickMom will air nightly on the Nick Jr. channel from 10 p.m. - 12 a.m. and replay from 12-2 a.m., offering an immersive comedy experience through its four long-form series and numerous short-form interstitials and vignettes.

The premiere night schedule is as follows:

· 10 p.m. - NickMom Night Out, a stand-up comedy series that takes moms out for a night at the comedy club from the comfort of their couches at home. Filmed in Hollywood, this premiere episode is hosted by Tisha Campbell-Martin and features comedians Frankie Quinones, Kara Soltanovich and Laurie Kilmartin.

· 10:30 p.m. - MFF: Mom Friends Forever, a docu-comedy series that goes inside the worlds of Judi Diamond and Kate Frisina-White--two mom best friends and video bloggers from St. Louis, Mo. In the premiere episode, "Mother's Day," it's Mother's Day for Judi and Kate, but will their kids remember the big day? The ladies throw a baby shower for a pregnant friend on bed rest.

· 11:00 p.m. - Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor, a talk show hybrid that blends studio elements, interviews, video commentary, hidden-camera, and panel discussions, hosted by author/comedienne Stefanie Wilder-Taylor. In the premiere episode, "Party Poopers," Stefanie tackles the mom's rite of passage - the birthday party. She visits birthday party planners, discusses the finer points of gift-giving, and has a fly-by interview with a character known as "helicopter mom."

· 11:30 p.m. - What Was Carol Brady Thinking? is a series that goes inside the mind of one of the most iconic moms of all time, Carol Brady. In the premiere episode, "In Her Sister's Shadow," Jan's teachers constantly compare her to "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!" Can an entry in a school sponsored patriotic essay contest help Jan escape her sister's shadow?

NickMom's short-form TV content includes music video parodies featuring 'boy band' Sonz II Moms singing 'hits' like "The Dishes (Let Me Wash Them)"; "Other Mothered", a humorous vignette series featuring one mom passive-aggressively questioning another's parenting choices; and "Grown-Up Words", where a dad helps decode conversations between parents and non-parents.

NickMom Night Out is executive produced by Bob Mittenthal (Double Dare). Additional hosts for the series include Caroline Rhea (Orlando edition), Judy Gold (NYC edition), and Bonnie McFarlane (Chicago edition). MFF: Mom Friends Forever is executive produced by Coolfire Originals (Welcome to Sweetie Pies). Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor is executive produced by Hugh Fink (The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Saturday Night Live, The Showbiz Show), Jane Lipsitz and Dan Cutforth from Magical Elves (Top Chef, Fashion Star) and co-executive produced by Stefanie Wilder-Taylor and Jim Jones (Mad TV).
