LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- With an early finish to the World Series, FOX has moved up the return of its animated quartet - "The Simpsons," "Bob's Burgers," "Family Guy" and "American Dad" - to this Sunday, November 4.
The network had originally planned to air a special 150-minute live episode of "The X Factor" on November 4 to make up for potential baseball disruptions on Wednesday, October 31 and/or Thursday, November 1.
Earlier today, FOX rescheduled "The X Factor" for said nights, opening the door for its animated lineup to return a week early.
The episodes of "The Simpsons," "Bob's Burgers," "Family Guy" and "American Dad" now set for this Sunday were previously slated for October 21 but got the boot due to Game 6 of the NLCS being shifted to primetime.
